How to File Board Exam Application on PRC LERIS:
1. Go to the Official LERIS Website: Access online.prc.gov.ph and sign in or create your registered account.
2. Upload 2x2 Photo: Plain white background, collared shirt, barefaced, with nametag.
3. Select Transaction: Choose "Examination", pick your profession, testing venue, and appointment schedule.
4. Pay the Examination Fee: Baccalaureate degrees are PHP 900.00; Non-baccalaureate are PHP 600.00. Payment methods include LandBank Link.Biz, GCash, Maya, and BancNet.
5. Download NOA: Print your Notice of Admission (NOA) and present it with your documentary requirements (TOR with scanned photo and dry seal for board exam purposes) at the designated PRC regional office.
